Welcome to the Seagulls Over Sussex Constitution and Membership Information page.

As our supporters’ group continues to grow, we are currently reviewing a number of potential membership structures to ensure that Seagulls Over Sussex develops in a fair, inclusive and sustainable way.

Our aim is to create a clear membership policy that reflects the values of our group and helps maintain the friendly, welcoming and community-focused atmosphere that Seagulls Over Sussex has been built upon.

Once our formal membership structure and membership policy have been finalised and introduced, all registered members will be expected to read, understand and adhere to the Seagulls Over Sussex Constitution, membership rules and any associated codes of conduct.

The Constitution will provide the framework for how the supporters’ group operates, including our aims and values, membership expectations, conduct, safeguarding, decision-making and the responsibilities of both members and those involved in running the group.

Until the new membership structure is formally launched, the information on this page should be viewed as part of our ongoing development. Any future membership arrangements, requirements or changes will be communicated clearly to supporters before they take effect.

Above all, Seagulls Over Sussex exists to bring supporters together, support Brighton & Hove Albion Women, create positive matchday experiences and build a supporters’ community where everyone feels welcome, respected and proud to be part of the group.
